He is a diploma graduate holder, Amaresh Reddy was part of over 500 design projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail, before he co-founded "Sri Harsha Floor Designs” in 2011. Amaresh Reddy is driven to achieve design excellence and customer satisfaction in every project that the firm undertakes. NIC is very close to Amaresh Reddy he has invested his decade of experience in the organization. By 2025 NIC is expecting to reach 10 Million Dollar Company by fulfilling the dreams of his esteemed clients by providing best quality and service in the market. Shwetha Chandra Reddy
Chief Administrative OfficerShwetha Reddy born and brought up in Bangalore, holding Master’s Degree in Commerce. Started her career in TCS as a Business Analyst supporting various international clients. Post marriage Shwetha took a sabbatical to take care of her family commitments. In her endeavor to support her husband journey, Shwetha restarted career to handles the complete business operations (Accounts, Administration, Compliances and Guest Relations) of the NIC.
